其中，北明天时能源科技（北京）有限公司因类似业绩不合格，锅炉、热量表电池两项主要设备的参数实质性不符合招标文件而其投标被拒绝。

中国航空规划设计研究总院有限公司因评标价格高，故不中标。

中国航天建设集团有限公司和双良节能系统股份有限公司联合体商务及技术均合格，推荐为中标单位，中标金额为人民币: 壹仟柒佰肆拾捌万元整（CNY17,480,000.00）。

The bid of Beiming Tianshi Automation Engineering Technology (Beijing) Co.,Ltd was rejected as the unqualified experience performance and substantially unresponsive parameters of Boiler and Heat Meter Battery.

China Aviation Planning and Design Institute (Group) Co., Ltd. did not win as their  high Evaluated Price.

Joint Venture of China Aerospace Construction Group Corporation, Ltd and Shuangliang Eco-Energy Systems Co., Ltd was recommended to award the contract as the substantive qualified bid and lowest Evaluated Price. The awarded contract price is CNY 17,480,000.00
