其中，北京倍卓三优科技发展有限公司及中国华腾工业有限公司因拒绝延长其投标有效期，导致投标无效。

北京天时前程自动化工程技术有限公司和荏原冷热系统（中国）有限公司联合体因（1）生产能力4.1要求的三个有关业绩不满足招标文件要求，换热器制造商没有招标文件要求的生产许可证；（2）提供的蝶阀没有招标文件要求的SIL3认证；（3）根据招标人出具的调查报告显示，制造商业绩存在与事实不一致的情况，综上所述，其投标被拒绝。

中国中元国际工程有限公司商务及技术均合格，推荐为中标单位，中标金额为人民币: 肆仟贰佰捌拾捌万元整（CNY42,880,000.00）。

合同内容：直燃型溴化锂吸收式供热机组、烟水喷淋式换热器、ph自动加药装置、中间介质循环泵、回水加压循环水泵等，详见招标文件货物需求表。

供货期：合同签订之日起30至40日历日内具备交货条件，接招标人书面通知5日历日内交付至施工现场指定地点。

Up to the deadline of the bid submission, Four (4) bidders had submitted their bids for this contract at “Qingdao city public resources trading center”, No. 19 middle Hongkong Road, Qingdao, P. R. China，list of bidders are:

The bid of Beijing Bril Sanyou Technology Development Co., Ltd and China Volant Industry Co., Ltd. refused to extend the validity period of its bid, and its bid was invalid.

Beijing Tianshi Future Automation Engineering Technology Co.,Ltd & Ebara Refrigeration Equipment& Systems (China) Co., Ltd., (1)The three relevant performances provided by the bidder regarding the production capacity 4.1 of the Bidding Documents did not meet the requirements of the Bidding Documents: the heat exchanger manufacturer does not provide a production license. (2)The butterfly valve did not provide the SIL3 certification required by the Bidding Documents. (3) and according to the survey report issued by the purchaser, it showed that its manufacturer’s performance was inconsistent with the facts, and its bid was rejected.

China IPPR International Engineering Co.,Ltd. was recommended to award the contract as the substantive qualified bid and lowest Evaluated Price. The awarded contract price is CNY 42,880,000.00.

Contents of the contract: Direct-fired lithium bromide absorption heating unit, Smoke spray heat exchanger, Ph automatic dosing device, Intermediate medium circulation pump, Backwater pressurized circulating water pump, etc. Details are shown in Goods demand list in the Bidding Documents.

Delivery Period: The delivery requirements shall be met within 30 to 40 calendar days since the date of signing the contract. Relevant equipment shall be delivered to the appointed place at construction site within five calendar days since the date of receiving the tenderee’s written notice.
