上海国大建设集团有限公司、江苏双良锅炉有限公司、山东融尚工程配套有限公司和苏州海陆重工股份有限公司联合体因评标价格高，故不中标。

辽宁绿源能源环保科技集团有限责任公司商务及技术均合格，推荐为中标单位，中标金额为人民币：壹仟叁佰伍拾捌万元整（CNY13,580,000.00）。

The Bid Security submitted by Harbin Hongguang Boiler General Plant Co., Ltd. is a bank guarantee, which does not adopt the format specified in the Bidding Documents, and the bank guarantee is a conditional guarantee. According to the provisions of the Bidding Documents, it is an invalid, so its bid was rejected.

The Bid Security submitted by Taishan Group Co., Ltd. is a copy of the bank guarantee, which is invalid according to the Bidding Documents so its bid was rejected.

The bid of Zhejiang Tefu Boiler Co., Ltd. was rejected as its unqualified contract experience and it does not meet the requirements of Qualification Criteria in the Bidding Documents.

Shanghai Guoda Construction Group Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Shuangliang Boiler Co., Ltd., and the JV of Shandong Rongshan Engineering Co., Ltd. and Suzhou Hailu Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. did not win as their high Evaluated Price.

Liaoning Lvyuan Energy and Environmental Protection Technology Group Co., Ltd. was recommended to award the contract as the substantive qualified bid and lowest Evaluated Price. The awarded contract price is CNY 13,580,000.00.
