截至2018年10月30日上午9时30分（北京时间），共有 6名投标人在青岛市香港中路19号“青岛公共资源交易中心”提交了投标文件，分别是：

其中，山东金智成建设有限公司、山东益通安装有限公司、信邦建设集团有限公司和兴润建设集团有限公司因提交的投标文件不满足招标文件要求，故投标被拒绝。

北京天时前程自动化工程技术有限公司因评标价格高，故不中标。

经评审，投标人中国中元国际工程有限公司为中标单位，中标金额为人民币: 壹仟壹佰捌拾玖万元整（CNY11,890,000.00）。

Up to the deadline of the bid submission, Six (6) bidders had submitted their bids for this contract at “Qingdao city public resources trading center”, No. 19 middle Hongkong Road, Qingdao, P. R. China，list of bidders are:

Other major reasons for not winning bid, ShanDong Jinzhicheng Construction Co.,Ltd.;Shandongeton Installation Co., Ltd.;Xinbang Construction Group Co.,Ltd and Xingrun Construction Group Co.,Ltd, their bids were rejected, because of the bid documents submitted by the bidder did not meet the requirements of the bidding documents.

Beijing Tianshi Future Automation Engineering Technology Co.,Ltd because of their bid price is high, so it is not successful.

According to the evaluations, the Contract was awarded to China IPPR International Engineering Co.,Ltd. at the total bid price CNY 11,890,000.00.
