其中，中国航天建设集团有限公司和山东三晟华能环保科技有限公司联合体因合同经验业绩不满足招标文件要求而其投标被拒绝。

哈尔滨红光锅炉总厂有限责任公司、国电华北国际电力工程（北京）有限公司和兴润建设集团有限公司因评标价格高，故不中标。

山东汇达智能科技有限公司和浙江特富锅炉有限公司联合体商务及技术均合格，推荐为中标单位，中标金额为捌佰陆拾贰万壹仟捌佰元整（CNY8,621,800.00）。

The contracts of the bidder, JV of China Aerospace Construction Group Co., Ltd. and Shandong Sanshenghuaneng Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. , was not satisfied with the BDs, so the bid was rejected.

Harbin Hongguang Boiler Group Co., Ltd. , Guodian North China International Electric Power Engineering (Beijing) Co., Ltd. and Xinrun Condtruction Group Co., Ltd. did not win as their high Evaluated Price.

JV of Shandong Huida Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. and Zhejiang Tefu Boiler Co., Ltd. was recommended to award the contract as the substantive qualified bid and lowest Evaluated Price. The awarded contract price is CNY 8,621,800.00
